CHOCOLATE JUNKET.

This is made by dissolving a bar of plain chocolate in 1 pint of milk in a double saucepan. Add a little sugar according to taste, and when the chocolate has dissolved, add another half pint of milk. It is finished like other junlcets, by stirring in 1 teaspoon of rennet and pouring into a dish. Just before serving sprinkle with 100's and 100's of a little desiccated cocoarflit.
