AUSTRALIAN POSITION Rec. Feb. 18, 9.5 p.m. SYDNEY, Thfcrsday. Unrest ira the community may be gauged from a speech at Goulburn hy Mr. J. Qwens, leader of an unemployed deputation to the Minister of Agriculture seeking further food relief. Mr. Qwens said that unless something was done within the next three months, there would pe one of the greatest upheavals v in the Commonwealth. The Minister, Mr. Culley, said 4hat the Government regarded ihe issue of food relief as an insurance against revolution.
