KOEPANG,, Thursday. Nine Portuguese revolutionaries, all high officials, escaped from the internment camp at Dilly, in a lifeboat. They met an Australian schooner, the officers of which handed them over to the Koepang boat, Vanriebeeck, on her way to Java.
