TROOPS ARRIVE
FALSE RUMOUR OF SHOOTING Rec. Feb. 16, 7 p.m. LONDON, Tuesday. Dublin reports state that troops have arrived and electoral precautionary measures have been taken to prevent intimidation. Reports rOceived to the effect that shots were fired at a'nother Government candidate ar.e declared to be false. Mr. de Valera addressed a final vast assembly at College Green.
