ROTORUA RACES SMART FROCKING AND COLOUR ON THE LAWNS MANY VISITORS PRESENT Race day is always a social funetion, and yesterday, when the Rotorua Racing Club resumed its interrupted first day programme under more auspicious weather coiiditions, the more sombre toning of masculine apparel on the lawns and enclosures was relieved by the gay splashes of colour which feminine fashion lent to the scene.
