Rec. Feb. 7, 11 p.m. LONDON, Saturday. 'Mr; II. du Parq's repqrt on the mutiny at Dartmoor states that the rrison is unsuitable for prisoners .of the dangerous and modern type. There is a real danger of attempts at escape at coricerts, With associates eutside. The prisoners had rio substantia! grievance against the administration. Governor Roberts, though zealous end conscientious is of insufficiently strong character, otherwise he might have been ahle to quell the growirig dieorder by force of personality. The prisoriers niade skbleton keys and possessed other aticles invalurble for escape. Seven prisoners were shot and 23 wounded. Two were hurt by fellow prisoners and nine suffered minor injuries. Four officers were incapacitated and 20 less seriously injured were able to remain on duty.
