Rec. Feb. 5, 8.25 p.m. LONDON, Friday. The Australian Dairy Produce Board is of the opinion that the tariff | should result in a marked stimulation to all Dominion produce. Sir M. Stapleton, on behalf of the British Dairy Farmers Association, said that ten per cent. was too small for excluding dumped foreign butter. It probably would be found that nothing less than 3d. per lb. would be really effective. Empire produce was being exempted.
