Feb. 3, 7 p.m. SYDNEY, Wednesday A High Court writ was issued this afternoon in Sydney a against the State of New South Wales, claiming repayment of £243,118, also an account of the moneys due under the Financial Agreement and the payment of the cost of exchange between Australia and England or America on money payable as interest. The matter will be taken to trial without delay
