WELLINGTON, Tuesday. The Trades and Labour Council today decidod to reeommend the relief workers in the Hutt Valley and Eastbourne to return to work, the Council uriderijaking . to seek redress for g^ievarices and to endeavour to settle the question of standard wage payments by negotiation.
