DEATH OF MAN RESPON SIBLE FOR "RED FLAG" ACT

LONDON, Monday. The death has oecurred of Sir Alfred Yarrow, whose steam driven motor car was responsible for the Act ordering meehanical road vehicles to he preceded by a man earrying- a red flag.
