OPENING DATE OF OTTAWA IMPERIAL CONFERENCE FORECASTED

LONDON, Wednesday. It is believed that Mr. J. H. Thomas Secretary of State for Dominion Affairs, will shortly announce that the Ottawa Conference will be held in the middle of July, but the personnel of the British delegation is undecided. It is likely, however, to be Mr. Walter Runciman, President of the Board of Trade.
