FORhlER GOVERNMENT OFFICER REMANDED ON BAIL FURTHER CHARGES PENDING

AUCKLAND, Wednesday. A former Government official, Harold Fletcher Tomlinson, aged 50 years, was arrested this afternoon on a charge of forging a receipt. Accused later appeared before Mr F. K. Hunt, S.M. In asking for a remand, Detective-Sergeaiit Kelly said there were about eight other charges nf forging to be preferred against accused. Tomlinson was remanded on bail of £150, and was ordered to report daily to the police.
