The Wednesday singles and pairs competitions of the Rotorua Bowling, Club played on the Government Gardens greens were continued yesterday The weather was fine and the rinka were playing in exellent condition. Following are the results: — Singles: Brooker 18 beat Aitken 13; French 16 beat Merriman 10; Williams 22 Beat Morland 15; Richards 21 beat Pakes 16; Cottrell 23 beat Kelly 10; Webber 24 beat Hall 12; Budd 19 beat Bertram 15. Pairs: French and Pakes 29 beat Hall and Brooker 20; Merriman and Richards 27 beat Harris and Aitken 11; Wallis and Witt 23 beat Hamilton and Fowkes 14; Morland and Cottrell 22 beat Stonehouse and Stallard 21.
