ADELAIDE, Tuesday. The latest in strikes concerns 55 students at the Roseworthy Agricultural College who have ceased their farm activities and studies owing to alleged "intolerable treatment" by their principals. The students have prepared a manifesto, setting out their grievances, and declaring that they will not resume their studies until an inquiry is held. The manifesto was forwarded to the city evening newspaper, the "Adelaide News." One complaint relates to ragging, hut the other complaints have not heeu. disclosed. The Director of Agriculture has visited the college, and is now making preliminary inquiries.
