Captain and Mrs. G. R. Thompson of the local corps of the Salvation Army are being transferred to Opo-® tiki and will he leaving Rotorua for their new appointment on the 13th January. . Mr. and Mrs. Alexander Gordon and Miss Jean Gordon, of Dargaville, and late of Rotorua, are spending a few days at Park Yiew. Mr. Gordon, who is manager of Dominion Forests, Ltd., is paying a visit of inspection of f orestry plantations in this district. . Mr. Chas.
