Jan. 1, 5. 0p.m. : , NEW YORK, Thurs. . -Advices from Easton, Pennsylvania state that an anti-Fascist plot to kill prominent Italian financiers, editors and diplomats throughoutout the Eastern States, has been exposed with murderous results. One of a number of packets mailed in the local post office exploded, killing two perso.ns and injuring two of the officials. Later a powder expert of the Dupont Company, who was examining another of the packages for the detectives, was f atally injured when that also exploded. Bomb squads immediately rushed to protect those who were threatened. Postal officials are carefully examining the mail in order to prevent further trouble.
