ATTEMPT ON MONDAY TO DECLARE UNION FLEET "BLACK"

SYDNEY, Thursday. It is reported that an attempt will be made on Monday by the Seamen's Unidn to declare all the Union Steam Ship Company's ^hips "black," becaUse the company refused to dismiss the crew of the Koranui, which defied the union executive's instructions to leave the vessel while the recent strike was in progrss.
