It is reported that an attempt will be made on Monday by the Seamen's Unidn to declare all the Union Steam Ship Company's ^hips "black," becaUse the company refused to dismiss the crew of the Koranui, which defied the union executive's instructions to leave the vessel while the recent strike was in progrss.
