prairie farmers want australian cargo barred GOYERNMENT SYMPATHETIC

VANCOUVER, Tues. The Government has ruled against the requests of the Prairie dairy interests that a shipment of 4000 boxes of Australian hutter, which is due on Friday, should he barred. Answering the protests two Vancouver importers informed the Trade Department that they could not get quotations or supplies from Alberta. The Government ruled that in future Alberta interests must supply quotations, and that Australian shipments must cease, temporarily at least.
