Rec. Dec. 23, 7.0 p.m. LONDON, Wednes. Repairs to the Southern Star will be facilitated by the Air Ministry's decision not to hold an inquiry, which is eustomary before a wrecked plane is moved, officials considering that the nature of the accident is clearly apparent.
