WELLINGTON, Tuesday. Dr. Kidson, director of the Dominion's meteorological services, returned by the Rangitane from England, where he attended the eentenary meeting of the British' "As'sociation for the Advance of Science. Dr. Kidson also attended a meeting of the International Meteorological Society at Locarno (Switzerland), and went to Norway to study the advanced meteorological work being carried out in that country.
