PROGRESS TOWARD NORMAL IN LONDON OPTION DEALING RESUMED

RUGBY, December 18. When the return to fortnightly accounts on the London Stock Exchange was recently announced, it was decided not to reinstal facilities for carrying over, or for entering into, option bargains. A further step towards normal conditions was, therefore, marked to-day, when the committee announced that option dealings would be resumed on Monday.
