Carnival Information
Persons wishing to interview the Rotorua Carnival organiser can do so between the hours of 10 a.m. to noon and 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. each day at the Victoria Institute in Arawa Street. The organiser's telephone number during the daytime is six and after office hours. 302. The organiser will be only too glad to give information about Carnival Week and its activities.
