OTTAWA, Wednesday. It has been made cleaf by the PNme Ministei*, Mr. R. B. Bennett, that the details of the British wheat quota are not in any sense settled, nor have they even been discussed,' but at the Conference last year, it was suggested that Great Britairi's quota should he 15 per cent, and if 15 per cent. were appropriated for foreign grown wheat, 70 per cent. would remain for the Dominions. Mr. Bennett also makes the claim that the percentages are purely, estimated.
