RIGA, Wednesday. "No work, no food" is the substance of a new order issued by the Soviet Commissariat of Agriculture. It states that every able-bodied man, woman and child in the Soviet cotton districts in.Central Asia must work in the cotton fields, and bread and other food will he distributed stricfly according to the amount of work dtfne.
