TOKIO, Tuesday. The new. Cabinet affirms the national determination to exclude from Manchuria the djsturhing war lords. Japan will encourage whatever Chinese authorities are capphle of maintaining peace and securify for the benefit .of Chinese, Japanese and other nationals. The delegates to the Disarmament Conference left Tokio to-day and were enthusiastically farewelled.
