(To the Editor.) Sir, — Now that living is cut down to a fine art for the working man, I think it is time for one man, one job. I would like to know if the Rotorua Borough Council believe in this rule. I was brought up to cultivate the selfish nature that exists in human beings, and I think also that public bodies should be run on the same lines. It is not right that any one person should hold more than one job where a large percentage of the people are struggling for an existence and when we should know there are only two ways in everything, right or wrong. — I am, etc.,
