CONSPIRACY DISCOVERED IN CALCUTTA LANDED SECRETLY FROM CHINA

Rec. Dec. 15, 7.0 p.m. CALCUTTA, Tuesday. Three seizures of arms in Caleutta during the week-end revealed a widespread conspiracy for the importation of arms into India. It is believed -that the arms were brought in boats from China and landed secretly at the mouth of the Hooghly River.
