The Government of Ontario has notified the Provincial _ Agricultural Development Board, which holds 35,000,000 dollars in farm mortgages, not to foreclose under any circumstances when mortgagors are unable to meet their obligations. The step is taken in oi'der to give farmers eyery opportunity to weather their present financial difficulties.
