— By Telegraph — Copyrlght.)
Rec. Dec. 10, 8.30 p.m. SYDNEY, Thursday. The artillery drill hall at Ashfield was raided by thieves early this morning and two service. rifles stolen. The authorities say that the rifles are useless without the bolts which as a protection are always kept in a secret part of the building.
