REGULATION NEEDED
PURCHASES FROM RUSSIA OUT OF PROPORTION TO SALES LONDON, Monday. "Regulate our trade with Russia to the amount she buys here," is vii--utally the recommendation of the Associated Chambers of Commerce committee. The recommendation points out that Russia's trade is now nearly at the pre-war level, but it out of proportion to the increase in British purchase.
