FORGOT TO CLOSE WINDOW IN AEROPLANE'S WING CAUSE OF CRASH IN SIAM

Rec. Dec. 8, 7 p.m. LONDON, Monday. It is learned at the Hague that the (:ause of the Bangkok air mail aceidfent was a little aluminium window built at the request of the pilot in the tail of the aeroplane's wing to enable the occupants to leave the cockpit in case of accidents. The pilot forgot to close the window after it had been opened to free the cockpit of engine fumes.
