AUCKLAND, Thurs. While interviewing Corneille Hubert De May (37), a farmer, in connection with another matter, the poliee found in the house where he had been residing an automatic pistol and a revolver with 144 rounds of ammunition. To-day accused, who denied ownership of the weapons, was fined £50 or six weeks' imprisonment. It was stated defendant had previous convictions.
