CANADIAN RAILWAYMEN TO VOTE ON PROPOSAL

OTTAWA, Thursday. The 26,000 union members of the trades eonnected with the railways have decided to vote whether they will accept or reject a recommendation of the Conciliation Board to reduce wages by 10 per cent.
