AMERICAN CATHOLICS OFFER TO PROYIDE POPE'S NEEDS

ROME, Monday. The "Stampa" states the Papal budget for the coming year is expected to amount to £2,727,272, while £1,060,606 will be devoted to. the propagation of the faith. The United States Catholics have undertaken to supply the Pope's needs. The Pope has decided not to accept French contributions, but will leave the whole revenue for the French Church's needs. Mexican and Spanish contributions are very doubtful.
