-By Telegraph — Copyright.)

Rec. Nov. 30, 8 p.m. LONDON, Sunday. A man who has benefitted from the Manchester November Handicap is Mr. J. P. Downing, a bookmaker and owner of the winner, North Drift, who made £50,000.
