DISTURBANCE AT WHITE HOUSE ATTEMPT TO SEE PRESIDENT

Unemployed demonstrators were removed by patrol waggons from White House grounds after causing considerable disturhance in an attempt to reach the President with demands for food and work. White House guards and police surrounded the. ground? armed with gas hombs and revolvers, and prevented the •, entrance of all hut four agitatprs, who were refused entrance at the exeeutive mansion's doorway.
