Sir, — Your correspondent who is eontinually writing that a "vote for Clinkard is a vote for Labour" must think your readers a pack of dunderheads. .Certainly very intelligent readers will see that a "vote for Vaile is one for Labour," for Vaile has no . chance whatever of being in the first two. Also a, vote for Vaile is a vote against the Coalition and the Reform Party and a stab in the back for Mr. Coates. There is only one candidate endorsed by Mr. Coates, that is Mr. Clinkard. Reformers, vote for the candidate your leader wishes you to vote for! — I am, etc.,
