Rec. Nov. 26, 12.55 p.m. SHANGHAI, Wednes. War clouds continiie to gather in Southern Manchuria. The Japanese occupied Hsinanfu after several days of skirmishes. The Chinese forces at Chin Chow are expected shortly to launch a general attack on the Japanese. "• Another student invasion of Nanking deinanding a decisive issue with Japan in regard to - Manchuria attained such dimensions to-day that the formal inauguration of Dr. Wellington Koo, the newly appointed Foreign Minister, had to he postponed. More than 10,000 boy and girl students fi'Qm Shanghai and neighbouring cities, wearing khaki and nurses uniforms attempted to enter the Government offices, demanding war. They smashed train widows and the station furniture, and bestraddled the railway track, preventing the despatch of trains. They finally succeeded with their intimidation and the railway ofiicials provided them with travelling facilities, which had hitherto been denied.
