Rec. Nov. 25„ 8.25 p.m. BERLIN, Tuesday. Affirming that Moscow had placed 1,500,000 gold roubles at the disposal of the English Communists during the general election, the newspaper "Germania" states that the executive of the Commitern has decided upon disbanding the Communist Party in Great Britain, which has shown itself incapable of utilising the favourable internal situation for the further'ance of Communism.
