Thomas, Secretary of State for the Dominions, in the House of Commons, said that on his tour through the Dominions he would certainly endeavour to find new markets for British goods. j Asked if the Dominions would low- j er their tariffs, he said he hoped to - be in a position to offer certain ad- ; vantages and the Dominions might be expected to reciprocate.
