PERSONAL
Lady Maynard Hedstrom, of Fiji, has been spending a holiday at Rotorua. During her stay she has proved herself no mean fisherwoman and has succeeded in catching several goodsized fish in Rotorua distriet waters. Yesterday, together with Sir Maynard Hedstrom, she visited Waikaremoana and it is their intention to return to Wellington to-day. Miss V. Steele, of Eruera St., Rotorua, who has been spending a holiday at Mt. Maunganui, Tauranga, has returned to her home. Mrs. H. Cooney, of Whaka Road, who has been visiting Mrs. R. A. Hewitt, of Auckland, has returned home. Mrs. Iiewitt returned with Mrs. Cooney and will spend a short holiday at Rotorua, staying at Whaka Road. Miss M. Cooney, of Rotorua, is visiting Cambridge. Mrs. S. Wallis has returned to her home in Pukaki Street. She has been spending a short holiday at Auck- ^ land. ' Mrs. C. Court, of "The Cliffs," Stanley Point, Auckland, who has been visiting Rotorua, returned home to-day. Mrs. L. J. Bayfeild, of Rangiuru Street, who has been visiting Wellington, has returned to her home.
