TE KUITI, Wednesday That old source of neighbouring farmers' quarrels a bad boundary fence, caused Every Kelsall, farmer, of Awakino Road, to appear before Mr F. W. Platts, in the Magistrate's Court, charged with assaulting William Brown, by strieking him and breaking his nose. Kelsall, who pleaded guilty, stated that his neighbour's goats and shee-p had come through the boundary fence and Brown had come to his place and accused him of removing the sheep from Brown's paddock. Kelsall lost his temper and struck Brown in the face. Kelsall was fined £3 and was ordered t.o pay medical f ees and Court costs. "
