MELBOURNE, Wednes. An account in the "Age" news- . paper last February of thp purchase of the New Zpaland racphorse, Palermo, is the subject of a libel action, when Mr. William McDermott, the f orm'pr proprietor of the "Graphic" weekly paper sued the proprietors of the "Age" for £5000 damages. Mr. McDermott said the artiele alleged that He had dishonourpd an agreement to purchase the horse, which subsequently won a large stake in New Zealand, .
