Rec. Nov. 18, 7.0 p.m. LONDON, Tuesday. The "Times," Nicosia (Cyprus) correspondent states that every outward trace of unrest has disappeared. The Greeks, who were previously incliped to parade as a mark of aisrespect to British rule, are at present most respectful. There is, however, much sullen resentment under the surface, and disloyal propaganda is ready to break out if a strong hand is relaxed.
