Rec. Nov. 11, 7.15 p.m. HONG KONG, Wednes. H.M.S. Petersfield, the Admiral's sloop, carrying Admiral Sir W. Kelly, Kimmander-in-Chief of the China eet and Lady Kelly, is aground at Foo Chow. The vieinity is surrounded by rocks. There is no immediate danger as the ship is not breaking up. Most of the crew have landed. Several ships are standing by. -
