WANTED— CONFIDENCE
| pOALITION WILL BRING ?T I — Confidence is the keynote of the future. There is no doubt that political events play a very big part in the establishment of such confidence,^ as was clearly demonstrated in the brighter outlook noticeable in marketing and financial circles after the results of the British Elections became known. This holds true in New Zealand, as not only investors and business men, but farmers and workers generally are postponing new ventures and restricting their normal extensions and impovements until tbey can see something brighter for the future. The recent formation of the Coalition Cabinet has done much to revive this spirit of confidence, as it is generally f elt that such a determined and co-ordinated effort must react beneficially upon eonditions in the country. The return of , the Coalition Government at the forthcoming elections will undoubtedly create confidence in the future. Money will be released for the encouragement of new enterprises and the development of existI ing industries, thus leading to the absorbtion of the unemployed, and a much better outlook for the future*
