"■ • " MELBOURNE, Wednes. Sir Stanley Argyle is convinced that the bomb outrage at his house was perpetrated by a criminal in the pay of the Communists. The home of the unofficial leader of ! the 'Council, Dr. Harris, is under police protection. This is because Dr. s Harris received a number of theatening letters. Three pther members of the Council received letters threatening their lives if they persist in their opposition to the Government rates of pay for unemployment relief works.
