WELLINGTON, Wfednesday. Norman'Alaii Miller (21), a hawker, was eharged at the Police Court with the 'attempted murder ' of his brother David. He was remanded for a week. . . Accused, it is alleged, went home drunk at a late hour last night and David chastised him; whereupon accused drew a revolver and * in the scuffle, David was shot in the side. The hospital reports that the condition of the wounded man is not serious.
