Mail matter posted in New Zealand for despatch by the aeroplane leaving Sydney on November 20, must connect with the Ulimaroa due to leave Auckland for Sydney on the 13th idem, or with the Marama due to leave Wellington for Sydney on the same date, and must have paid thereon a special air mail fee of ls 3d per loz. irrespective of destination in addition to the ordinary postage.
