AKYAB (Burma), Thurs. Mr. C. A. Butler arrived herei, reouring to break the record for a flight to Australia from England, has arrived here. He left Jhansi at 1.30 in the morning and arrived at Calcutta at 9.15, departing for Akyab at 12.20, after being held up by torrential rain. He is still a few hours ahead of the record time set up by Mr. C. W. Scott, and expects to arrive at Singapore on Friday night, and in Australia on Sunday.
